Personal Statements: Don't type in the little box while on the main applicant website! Use a microsoft/google word processor to type your answers, copy and paste into that box. (Hint: Count your words, max word count is 1,000 words for both questions asked)
Majors choosing: Don't worry about picking a major at the beginning because you could always go back and edit at the application website, so remember not to submit the application until you are sure you want to go into that field.
UC Applications are already open since August 1st. UC's will accept apps @ November 1 all the way through November 30 as the final deadline.
CSU Applications are going to open apps soon to incoming freshman.
Get in those volunteer hours because if you are applying to a UC, you will be explaining what you did during volunteering and the hours you did per week at that concurrent time and place.
